Types of Connection

Usually circuits with more than two components have two basic types of connections: series and parallel. Use the correct symbols. Learn the meanings in the basic circuit symbols and choose the right ones to use. Some from the symbols have really close look. You must be able to share with the differences before applying them.

Draw connecting wires as straight lines. Use a dot to point out line junction, or use line jumps to suggest cross lines that aren’t connected.
Label components such as resistors and capacitors using their values. Make sure the text placement looks clean.

In general it’s essential to place the positive (+) supply towards the top, and also the negative (-) supply at the end, and the logical flow from left to right.
