Draw connecting wires as straight lines. Use a dot to point line junction, or use line jumps to indicate cross lines that are not connected.
Label components such as resistors and capacitors using values. Make sure the text placement looks clean.
In general it’s good to place the positive (+) supply at the very top, and also the negative (-) supply in the bottom, as well as the logical flow from left to right.
