Draw connecting wires as straight lines. Use a dot to indicate line junction, or use line jumps to point out cross lines which are not connected.
Label components such as resistors and capacitors using values. Make sure the text placement looks clean.

In general it is good to place the positive (+) supply at the pinnacle, along with the negative (-) supply at the end, as well as the logical flow from left to right.
