A good wiring diagram should be technically correct and clear to see. Take care of everything. For example, the diagram should show the correct direction in the good and bad terminals of each and every component.

Use the best symbols. Learn the meanings in the basic circuit symbols and select the best ones to use. Some in the symbols have really close look. You need to find a way to tell the differences before applying them.

Draw connecting wires as straight lines. Use a dot to indicate line junction, or use line jumps to point out cross lines which aren’t connected.
Label components for example resistors and capacitors with their values. Make sure the text placement looks clean.

In general it’s great that will put the positive (+) supply at the top, and also the negative (-) supply at the end, and the logical flow from left to right.
