Draw connecting wires as straight lines. Use a dot to point out line junction, or use line jumps to suggest cross lines which aren’t connected.
Label components including resistors and capacitors using values. Make sure the text placement looks clean.

In general it’s good to put the positive (+) supply at the top, and also the negative (-) supply in the bottom, and also the logical flow from left to right.
